Bielsa towards confirmation on the bench of the giant South American national team

Marcelo Bielsa is very close to becoming the coach of the Uruguayan national team as a replacement for Diego Alonso, who left the post after the World Cup in Qatar.

"TYC Sports" claims that his arrival is very close to happening. Negotiations are in the final stages according to this report and if finalized, he will sign with Uruguay until the end of the South American Qualifiers with the possibility of continuing until the 2026 World Cup which will be hosted by the USA, Canada and Mexico.
