Alban Bushi gives the big news: 2-3 very strong players will join us

A few days ago, the U-21 national team led by Alban Bushi recognized the opponents for the 2025 European Championship that will take place in Slovakia. Along with the Reds and Blacks in Group E will be Romania, Switzerland, Finland, Montenegro and Romania.

"We have every chance to qualify this edition. Sacrificing, fighting, feeling the national jersey a lot, but even with a little luck, I think we have all the chances for first and second place," said Alban Bushi, coach of the U-21 national team.

However, coach Alban Bushi is worried about two details that are out of his control. "I hope we don't have any injuries this season.

And the players that we will have contingent, I hope that they will get minutes with their teams, that I am very confident that they will do their best this season," he said. Without revealing the names of the footballers, Bushi indicated that the U-21 national team will be greatly strengthened in this qualifying campaign.

"We can have 2-3 very important streams from the Balkan and European championships. They will set the tone for the U-21 national team as they will be very strong," he declared.

The European qualifying matches for the 21-year-olds will start on March 20 against Armenia and will end on October 15, 2024.
