Epidemiologist Ilir Alimehmeti has reassured the citizens regarding the increase in the number of people infected by Covid 19 this period.

Invited to "Top Talk", Alihmehmeti said that there has been an increase in the number of infected people throughout Europe, but what is important is that there has been no influx or increase in hospitalization cases.

"We have a new subvariant, BA5. It started from South Afirksa. It increased throughout May, fell from June, but there were no surprises in hospitals.

This one is mutating is making sub-variants of Omicron. The probability of having a more dangerous one exists but is small.
