Of the two sexes, who do you think is more at risk of skin cancer?

This question has been answered by the Cancer Research UK Institute, which after research on this topic concluded that men are more likely to die from skin cancer than women.

In other words, 1,400 men in the UK die from melanoma skin cancer every year, while for women this figure is many times smaller.  

The research also noted that death rates fell by 9% for women in the last decade, while there was no decline for men.
