Qytetarët e Tiranës kanë shprehur shqetësimin e tyre për mungesën e ujit të pijshëm, për të cilin kanë thënë se paguajnë faturat rregullisht, edhe pse shërbimi nuk u ofrohet.
Gjithashtu, problem në kryeqytet për banorët është bërë edhe policia bashkiake, ndërsa është evidentuar edhe largimi i të rinjve.
