The vice-president of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, has stated that the government should be transparent about the project for the Port of Durrës.

"Transparency is needed, competition is needed. The one who makes the investment must fulfill the condition of having his own income in a certain percentage, these conditions are not met. They are also conditioned by the stabilization-association agreement. It is not the legal procedures. The consequences economic losses bring great economic damage to the Albanian economy. Boçi has accused the government, stating that the SP is the party of concessions, while he has not spared the ironies either.
