The Democratic Party of Vula today revealed its candidate for the May 14 elections for the Vorë municipality.

Through a post on social networks, the Democratic Party announced that Ibrahim Bruka will be the candidate for Vorë municipality.

Ibrahim Ruka is a doctor by profession and in 2001 he ran for deputy in area 44 in Tirana. He was also part of the real primaries in 2020 and won the race.

Ibrahim Arif Bruka është lindur në 15 Shkurt 1962 në Ujmisht të Kukësit. Në vendlindje ka mbaruar arsimin 8-vjeçar të kohës. Arsimin e mesëm të përgjithshëm në vitit 1977-1981 në shkollën e mesme të bashkuar në Kukës. Gjatë viteve 1981-1982 kreu stazhin në prodhim. Në vitet 1982-1987 mbaroi studimet e larta Fakulteti i Mjekësisë, dega mjekësi e përgjithshme në Universitetin e Tiranës.

Ne vitet 1987-1988, Ibrahimi ka punuar si mjek i përgjithshëm në Kukës. Në vitet 1988-1991 ka kryer studimet post universitare për kirurgji dhe gjatë kësaj kohe është emëruar mjek kirurg në QSUT, Nënë Tereza, Tiranë.

Aktiviteti politik: Aktiv gjatë lëvizjes së dhjetorit 90’dhe në vazhdim pa shkëputje.
