The head of the municipality of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, has commented on the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who has compared the flood situation in Shkodra with the one in 2010.  

Invited to the "Log" show, Spahia stated that his statements are political tourism and described them as inappropriate for the situation.

"I found out about the presence of the prime minister in Shkodër in the media. His statement is a political tourism completely inappropriate for the situation. To come and make a political show, to compare the current situation with 2010 is a mockery of the residents Today we are not here to make comparisons. On the one hand, the prime minister says that there has been no good work on the part of the Shkodra Municipality, on the other hand, Pelesi congratulated the Shkodra Municipality for cleaning the drains. We have no rival in the whole of Albania in terms of cleaning the canals", said Spahia./ CNA.al
