Nutritionist Kirsten Hickman points out that not all foods are suitable to take with you to the beach. But what does she advise? What foods can we take with us?

According to her, the foods that are not preferred to take with you to the beach are dehydrating foods. Because when we stay in the sun and in the heat, we should not eat dehydrating foods. In addition, the foods listed below should not be consumed on the beach.

Dried meats

Dried meats contain a lot of sodium and should be avoided on days when we are in the sun. We can eat a vegetable sandwich instead. 

CIPS

Due to the high salt content, patetinas and similar products are not recommended to take with you to the beach. Let's not forget the fact that patties and chips are fried and after a fried meal your energy will drop significantly. You can get finely chopped fresh fruits or vegetables instead.

Sweet drinks
