Megi Pojani will be one of the contestants that will be part of DWTS that will start in October.

She has more to say about this new experience, also sharing the moment she received the invitation.

 “Kam marrë një ftesë nga Sara Hoxha, më ka shkruar në Instagram. Nuk kam qenë në Shqipëri dhe e nuhata, e dija që po përgatitej kjo gjë dhe pak a shumë e dija që kjo ishte oferta që do më bëhej. M’u desh të mendohesha, pak por edhe e dija. Doja shumë që të isha pjesë. ‘DWTS’ ka qenë një nga programet e mia të preferuara pasi më pëlqen shumë fakti që ka sfidë, ka garë dhe fakti që njerëzit gjithmonë më kanë parë në këtë pozicionin e një vajze ‘au iu’, asnjëherë me këllqe për të bërë diçka. Unë e kam vendosmërinë. Gjithmonë në çdo iniciativë që kam ndërmarrë, unë jam një vajzë shumë sportive, shumë profesionale por kjo është diçka që nuk lexohet në kamera. Për mua kjo është mundësia e parë dhe kjo është shumë sfiduese që njerëzit të shikojnë që unë jam shumë kompetitive dhe këtë herë të lexohet në kamera. Pra vendosmëria për të qenë pjesë, për të punuar dhe për të fituar”, është shprehur Megi.  

When asked how her family members saw this experience, Megi said that her mother and in-laws are very excited, while her father initially expressed disapproval, but that the family is more interested in her.

“The sisters are super excited, mom is super excited, aunt is super excited. Dad, when I told him in the beginning, he tells me what these dances are, what are these that you are going to do, well, you know, I don't like them at all. Now he has understood, he is interested very often", said Megi./ CNA.al
