London Fashion Week/ Presentation of style and colors

London Fashion Week is currently underway in the British capital. The week has always been a playground for designers who push the boundaries of tradition.

It's the city that sparked Jonathan Anderson's cerebral deconstruction at JW Anderson, Martine Rose's subversive menswear look, and Simone Rocha's ethereal but not-so-good femininity. It's where Maximilian Davis honed the codes of modern elegance before taking over Ferragamo, and where Chopova Lowena turned folkloric chaos into a cult phenomenon.

That legacy remains intact as London Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2025 has just kicked off with Harris Reed setting the stage for a season of theatre, extravagance and avant-garde. Reed opened the week with a dramatic showcase of otherworldly silhouettes, while Central Saint Martins, known for producing designers such as Chopowa Lowena, Kim Jones and Nensi Dojaka, also opened London Fashion Week with a showcase of up-and-coming London designers.

This season, we expect the city's signature irreverence to take centre stage. The schedule is packed with names redefining British fashion from SS Daley, Simone Rocha and Burberry, however some brands like JW Anderson, Molly Goddard and Wales Bonner will be missing from this season.

Will Gothic romanticism continue? Will the return of 2010s indie style seep into the collections? London is never predictable, but it is always electric.
