Një ditë më parë, dy të rinj u përplasën nga një automjet i cili drejtohej nga shtetasi me inicialet  J.Th.

Dy të rinjtë morën ndihmë mjkeëosre dhe ndodhen jashtë rrezikut për jetën.

Së fundi janë publikuar pamjet nga aksidenti i frikshëm.

Në pamje shihet momenti ku qyetari u përplas nga makina, si dhe shoferi i cili vë duart në kokë dhe shtrihet përtokë pasi aksidentoi dy të rinjtë.

J. Th., 21 vjeç, banues në Tiranë u arrestua për veprën penale "Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor".

21-vjeçari ka humbur kontrollin mbi drejtimin e automjetit, dyshohet për shkak të shpejtësisë mbi normat e lejuara, dhe ka aksidentuar dy të rinjtë të cilët u dërguan menjëherë në spital.

Drejtuesi i automjetit iu nënshtua testit me "Drager" dhe "AquilaScan" dhe ka rezultuar që nuk kishte konsumuar pije alkoolike, apo lëndë narkotike.

Sipas informacioneve të uniformave blu 21-vjeçari është ndëshkuar më përpara për mosrregullim shpejtësie në qendrat e banuara./ CNA
