Around 6:00 p.m., citizen PK, 44 years old, from Lezha, wounded by a gunshot, in still unclear circumstances, in the village of Qafë Çelë, Pukë, presented himself for medical help at the health center of Vaut de Deja.

This citizen was transported to the Shkodra Regional Hospital, for more specialized medical assistance, who died in the Shkodra hospital.
