The appeal of the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has upheld the seizure of the assets of Gëzim Çela's relatives.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Daniela Shirka (presiding), Igerta Hysi (member) and Iliriana Olldashi (member), today on 23.04.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 87 act, date 16.04.2024 registration, registered on the complaint of citizen M.Th. with object:

"Appeal against decision no. 13, dated 17.03.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, regarding the sequestration of property according to law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009", and decided:
