He violently opposed police officers while on duty/ 39-year-old arrested in Vlora

The structures of the Vlora Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the Judicial Police officer at the Vlora Judicial District Prosecutor's Office, arrested in flagrante delicto citizen NA, 39 years old, resident of the village of Kaninë, Vlora.

This citizen, on 01.06.2025, at around 21:00, in the “Hajro Çakërri” neighborhood, stopped and parked his vehicle in violation of the traffic rules, obstructing the free movement of vehicles and other road users, in violation of the provisions of the Road Code. After being notified of the administrative measure for the violation, this citizen violently opposed the general patrol officers, during the exercise of their duties.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Opposing a public order police officer." /CNA
