The Police Supervision Agency has arrested in flagrante the inspector with the initials GN, 24 years old, with the duty of the Service Corps at the Cërrik Police Station.

The inspector is charged with the criminal offense of "Theft committed while abusing his duty".

His arrest was carried out in flagrante delicto, in connection with the report of the citizen with the initials SK, residing in Marinzë, Belsh, who claimed in his report that during a search of his family members, on 20.12.2022 , an amount of 30,000 euros was stolen from the exterior of the apartment owned by him.

As material evidence, the sum of 30,000 euros that this police officer had stolen was seized.

Meanwhile, the investigative materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance for further action./ BA - CNA.al
