The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction has given the final conclusions in the framework of criminal proceedings No. 1695 of 2021, in charge of the defendant Ardit Hida accused of committing the criminal offense of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances " provided by article 79/dh of the Penal Code to the detriment of the victims F. Kovaci and M. Kovaci, event that occurred on 05.11.2021 in the place called "Old Sport" Elbasan, where the defendant intentionally shot with a vehicle sharp in the direction of citizens M. and F. Kovaci, causing the death of citizen F. Kovaci and seriously injuring citizen M. Kovaci.

In conclusion, the guilty declaration of the defendant Ardit Hida was requested, for committing the criminal offense of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" committed against two or more persons, one of whom remains on trial from article 79 letter "dh" of the Penal Code, and based on this provision his sentence to life imprisonment./ CNA
