He threw his friend off the bridge for weak motives and hid the crime, after intensive checks, the Police services found the dead body of the 33-year-old.

After the in-depth investigative actions carried out by the investigative structures of the DVP Durrës under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, within the coded police operation "Contact", the Police identified, captured and arrested the author of the murder of the 33-year-old.

The police handcuffed the suspected perpetrator, a 35-year-old man, who is suspected of deliberately pushing the 33-year-old towards the canal.

Citizen H. Sh., resident in neighborhood no. 15, Durrës, on 04.12.2024, reported to the Durrës Police Station, that as of 02.12.2024, his son, citizen B. Sh., 33 years old, had left the apartment and had lost contact with him.

Following the in-depth investigative actions, it was documented and with scientific evidence that citizen MH, 35 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 15 Durrës, on 02.12.2024, after a conflict for weak motives, he pushed and threw the citizen B. Sh from a bridge into the sewage canal, who lost his life as a result of the fall.

The Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, after an intensive investigative work carried out in connection with the denunciation made by a citizen, from which it became possible to identify and capture the author of murder of the citizen B. Sh., 33 years old.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions. /CNA
