Serious in Shkodër/ The brother tries to sexually abuse the sister

The police of Shkodra have arrested a 24-year-old man with the initials AQ, who raped his sister and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her in the apartment. 

Police Notification: 

The 24-year-old man raped his sister and tried to forcibly have sexual intercourse with her in the apartment. He was caught and put in handcuffs.

In implementation of the plan of measures, drawn up in the framework of the nationwide mega-operation "Rule of Law", for the capture of the citizens declared wanted, as well as based on the information provided by the police intelligence, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Shkodër Commissariat captured and they put the citizen AQ, 24 years old, in handcuffs after he raped his sister and tried to have sexual intercourse with her.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions./ CNA
