The Durrës police have identified the author of an accident that happened on Wednesday on the Plepa-Kavajë secondary road, where the lawyer Leonard Dingo was killed. The blue uniforms have announced that the 63-year-old was shot dead by a 22-year-old. After the incident, the young man left the scene and abandoned the vehicle in Kodër Arapaj village.

The author of the accident resulting in death is Erjon Kacani and he is an immigrant in Greece.
