Raped businessman Arben Çipa/ The 37-year-old is released

The prosecution has released 37-year-old DM, the suspected perpetrator of the robbery of businessman and president of the Association of Tour Operators, Arben Çipa. The incident occurred two days ago in Lukovë.

The 37-year-old is accused of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration. For DM, the court has set the security measure "House arrest".
 
We recall that in a video published yesterday in the media, businessman Arben Çipa has confessed, covered in blood, how he was raped by two people. In the published video, Çipa says that the administrator of a company and a person who was accompanying him blocked his way.

The businessman says they were discussing an issue regarding a project of his, and both people began to insult him.
