Albanian Isuf Koka, who fired a gun in the air to protect his hotel in Skopje, risks 5 years in prison.

Koka will remain in custody until the judicial process, while he risks up to 5 years in prison due to the charge of "causing general danger".

In total, the Prosecutor's Office of North Macedonia has filed charges against 12 protesters who injured policemen and destroyed public institutions.

His father a few days ago in an exclusive interview for Euronews Albania said that his son has defended his business in the old Bazaar of Skopje, as the protesters were going to damage it.

Meanwhile, Macedonian opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski estimated that Koka was ordered to eliminate him, which both the police and Koka's father categorically rejected.

Regarding this matter, there was also a reaction from the Minister of the Interior of North Macedonia, Oliver Spasovski, who refuted the head of the opposition, Hristijan Mickovski, regarding the accusations. /CNA.al
