The President of the USA, Joe Biden, has called the attack on the husband of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, "disgusting".

Paul Pelosi was attacked at the couple's home in San Francisco on October 28. Pelosi, 82, suffered severe head and body trauma but is expected to make a full recovery after surgery.
