Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to hold a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during a visit to Moscow on Monday.

According to Iranian media, Araghchi will brief the Russian side on the progress of ongoing negotiations in the Middle East, including ceasefire efforts and the latest diplomatic developments, especially in relation to the United States.

The visit to Moscow is part of a diplomatic tour that the Iranian minister has begun earlier, while in the Russian capital he is expected to hold meetings with senior officials to present a detailed report on the negotiations and the current situation in the region.

On the other hand, the Russian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that the Iranian top diplomat will hold talks in Russia, although it has not provided full details on the agenda or whether the meeting with Putin is an official part of the program.
