On Tuesday, the recount of votes will begin for the ballot boxes of several CEAZs in the Durrës district and all ballot boxes in the Tirana and Fier districts.
Also, for some CEAZs in the Elbasan District, there will be a review of part of the election material in some CEAZs.
So far, KAS has opened, examined and recounted several ballot boxes in the Dibër district, as well as examined the election material of over 240 ballot boxes in different districts.
By now it is clear that within the DP there have been shifts in votes towards certain candidates.
But this could not have happened without the orders conveyed to the counters from the party's headquarters in the center and/or in the regions.
There is no doubt about this, and the recount, more than the traffic of the counters, will generally reveal the preferences of the DP leadership.
The counters are now worthless, so they will be the most vulnerable and will suffer the consequences of what is commonly called vote theft for the longest time.
The disclosure of altered figures is considered manipulation of the electoral process and this act imposes criminal liability on the counting teams.
The Democratic Party has opposed the installation of electronic counting equipment for 10 years (with and without Luli). Clearly, the leadership of Berisha's Party (with and without Luli) has sought to maintain manual counting, even with the aim of producing "mandated winners."
As far as I understand, this time the DP's collapse in the electorate is not enough to justify the same "denunciation" scenario repeated so often in the last 12 years.
And in the created chaos, it seems that the DP's dome is not getting any later for its counters.
On the other hand, clashes, conflicts, resentments and the consequent fragmentation of teams in the center and in the regions have increased the aggression among themselves. The counters are the last thing anyone can worry about today.
So don't get tired of reminding those up there that they are taking the necks of parents of children and sons of mothers. No one listens to that ear today in Berisha's DP.
The Voting Center Commissions and Counting Groups, based on the Electoral Code, are composed of commissioners proposed by the majority and opposition parties, in fair proportion. In conditions where there are few or no complaints about irregularities in the minutes, this today means that either there were no irregularities or, if they did occur, there was a party or bipartisan consensus on the manipulation, to be more precise!
It is obvious that for example, if in Unit 2, the counting groups helped candidate Jorida Tabaku as much as they could, this happened not only with the piloted will of the DP counters, but also with the kindness of the SP counters. And the kindness of the latter was also conveyed as will by the heads of the counters and members of the respective CEAZ in the SP.
Weeks before the counting day, candidate Tabaku was commented on the support that was being offered to her during the campaign by businesses connected to the Municipality of Tirana and former directors of the Municipality of Tirana and exponents of the Socialist Party.
Tabaku at the time claimed that support should be given to her because she would be a candidate for the leadership of the Municipality of Tirana.
When the KAS, by order of the DP leadership, decided to open and count all votes in the Tirana district, people engaged in CEAZ No. 2 requested a meeting with Ms. Tabaku.
Their plight doesn't need much comment.
Mrs. Tabaku's answer is yes!
Tabaku replied that we should take it in a sporting manner because "for a personality like me, it might even be worth going to prison."
If it is not cynicism, this response proves the delirium with which MP Tabaku sees herself in the mirror.
Those 20,000 votes seem to have further aggravated Tabaku's mental state, to the point where he believes that serving time in prison is an honor for him.
According to Tabaku, the counters (of both parties) should be grateful to Tabaku for the prison door they opened for themselves to make sweet Jorida an MP again.
Jorida is not the only one, but for the sake of the charm and delicate elegance with which she appears to everyone, she is the most typical to be used as a demonstration example, at least for those more than 20,000 people who may have voted for her.
We advise CEC counters to be careful and guard against messages of support for certain candidates.
The Tirana district tapes will be forwarded in full to SPAK for a full comparison of the videos with the voting of the subjects, and there it is clear that another category of favoritism has been done to Tabaku , where the cross for Tabaku has been added to the ballots for the DP only. Comparing the figures that emerge from the reading of the votes for the Subject, with the figures when the marks for Tabaku are observed, also speaks of filling the ballots on behalf of the delicate Tabaku.
As for the poor counters, their fate is written, whether Tabaku becomes an MP or a candidate for the Municipality of Tirana or not.
They will become an example of the irresponsibility of a political force that, on the worst day of support in the electorate, found time to ensure that the "Tabaks" would definitely become MPs./ CNA
