Some time ago, we broadcast the case of the elderly, 69 and 72 years old, who were raped by a fellow villager, a police officer in Peshkopi, Bukurosh Zagrati.

The conflict started over a piece of concrete that the elderly had made in front of their gate. Rexhep and Emrije Muça told about the violence by Bukurosh Zagrati in the village of Steravec in Peshkopi.

After the elderly people reported violence, Bukurosh police officer Zagrati started attacking the Muça couple, claiming that the two elderly people had raped his wife. This turned out to be fabricated, but the Prosecutor's Office of Peshkopia did not charge the policeman and his wife with a false report. 

After many procrastinations, which Stop has investigated and published, the Court of Dibra finally sentenced Bukurosh Zagrat to 6 months in prison, but the State Police did not suspend the convicted policeman from his job.

On March 28, 2019, "Stop" broadcast a case of a guard from the city of Vlora, Robert Shllega. He worked for 10 years at IEVP Vlora, but he was thrown into the street, with the claim that in 1989 he was sentenced to forced labor in the name of the people.
