The police of Vlora have reacted in relation to the case broadcast yesterday evening in the investigative show "Stop", on TV Klan, where a minor boy complained that the children of the "Vangjel Pula" children's home were mistreated by the staff of this institution and by an officer of the Saranda Police Station.

Kështu, në një njoftim për mediat, policia thotë se “specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Sarandë, në prani të psikologes së Njësisë së Mbrojtjes së Fëmijëve, kanë intervistuar shtetasin e mitur që shfaqet në pamjet filmike, i cili ka deklaruar se pamjet janë filmuar rreth 1 vit më parë. Për këtë rast janë kryer të gjitha veprimet procedurale, për shoqërimin dhe intervistimin e palëve të përfshira. Në vijim të këtyre veprimeve u referuan materialet në prokurori dhe nisi procedimi penal për shtetaset S. D., 58 vjeçe, me detyrë drejtoreshë e shtëpisë së fëmijës “Vangjel Pula” dhe R. B., 29 vjeçe, me detyrë psikologe në këtë institucion, për veprat “Shpërdorimi i detyrës” dhe “Keqtrajtimi i të miturit””.

Gjithashtu, Drejtori i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Vlorë ka bërë pezullimin e menjëhershëm nga detyra të punonjësit të Policisë, shtetasit A. Sh., me detyrë oficer i Patrullës së Përgjithshme, trupë shërbimi në Komisariatin e Policisë Delvinë, pas deklaratës nga shtetasi i mitur se ky punonjës policie e kishte keqtrajtuar.

Ndërkohë, Drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Policisë së Shtetit ka urdhëruar Drejtorinë e Standardeve Profesionale në Policinë e Shtetit, për nisjen e hetimit disiplinor për punonjësin e Policisë.
