Goditet grupi kriminal në Fier/ Trafikonin vepra arti nga Greqia

Një grup kriminal që trafikonte vepra të çmuara arkeologjike, kulti dhe arti është goditur nga policia e Fierit.

Në një deklaratë për mediat, Policia Fier njoftoi se nëkuadër të operacionit “Vlera” janë arrestuar 2 persona të cilëve iu gjetën në banesë vepra arti të vjedhura nga Greqia. Personat që kanë rënë në pranga janë me iniciale Sh.K dhe P.P.  

"Gjatë këtij operacioni, u ushtrua kontroll në dy banesa në qytetin e Fierit, konkretisht në banesat e shtetasve Sh. K. dhe P. P., ku shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale 107 vepra arti të dyshuara të trafikuara nga shteti grek, ndër të cilat ikona dhe piktura të autorëve grekë dhe rumunë, shpata dhe sende të tjera që dyshohet se i përkasin periudhës së antikitetit, një kokë mermeri e dyshuar e shekullit të dytë para lindjes së Krishtit, të gjitha këto me vlerë rreth 1.5 milionë euro, si dhe automjeti furgon me të cilin autorët transportonin veprat nga shtetit grek, në Shqipëri, municion luftarak, një sasi lënde e dyshuar narkotike cannabis sativa dhe një peshore elektronike"- njofton policia.
