A double whammy of the man-made climate crisis and the re-emergence of the El Niño phenomenon, which has significantly increased temperatures making this year very deadly. But now local officials are appointing "chief warming officials" to speed up "action plans against global warming" as new companies race among themselves to invent better air conditioners and personal cooling devices. 1. Planting trees and creating as many green spaces as possible
