The head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, spoke this evening about the characteristics of the ballot for the May 14 local elections.
Celibashi said on the "Barometer" show that the ballot for these elections will be simpler than the 2019 elections.
"The ballot this time will be simpler than in the last local elections. We have to admit that because of the debate that took place about the ballot, we as the CEC started the campaign a little late on the way of voting.
