"Veliaj gave 6 construction permits to the company of directors of the Journalist Ola Xama, on MCN TV, where she gave some new details from the "5D" affair of the directors of the Municipality of Tirana.

Xama said that there are other directors, with constant communications with 5D employees, among them Elton Kacidhja, director of the Tirana Waterworks.

Regarding Veliaj, the journalist explained that the court requested the verification of all his decision-making, as it turns out that Veliaj has given six construction permits to the directors' company.

"Veliaj has given six permits to 5D Construction. The judge demands the exhaustion of all the works and decision-making on how these permits were granted by Veliaj.
