Spaho takes Braçen out of control/ "There are functional illiterates in the parliament"

Socialist deputy Erion Braçe also reacted to the tense situation in the Parliament, who in strong tones stated that there are functional illiterates in the parliament.

Braçe emphasized that in the Assembly hall, behaving normally is incomprehensible from the side of the opposition.

Among other things, the socialist deputy stated that the parliament is full of functional illiterates who do not know the meaning of the phrases they use.

" There is a very big problem in the hall. Here you look foolish if you talk about issues of the agenda.
