After the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi spoke about the decisions that were taken, where the focus was on the improvement of the treatment of the Armed Forces in the financial aspect. 

"The draft decision is related to the improvement of the financial treatment of military or civilian representatives in foreign representation, it is about a not very large community, there are about 85 beneficiaries. This is a decision that shows that the Albanian government will continue to invest to increase the reputation of the FA of Albania.

Two months ago, the 30% salary increase for all military personnel began. It is one of the most dignified treatments compared to the countries of the region. This has become even more important today due to the security situation that has changed after the Russian aggression. We need to invest more to improve cyber security as well. We are under attack and let's say, we are facing serious attacks," said the minister./ CNA.al
