The company 'Gerard-A' in the years 2018-2023 has won 20 tender procedures from the Contracting Authority of UKT; the Directorate of Green Cleaning or the Directorate No. 2 of city workers.

Sokol Kryeziu during the period December 2023-January 2024, where he turns out to be the owner of GERARD-A, purchased several paintings at the 'NAN' Gallery controlled by Ajola Xoxa. Purchases that amount to 5 million lek.

From a close calculation based on public funds, fictitious invoices and companies directly or indirectly linked to the Tirana municipality, the benefits through the companies 'Partners Law', 'Arts Lab', 'Ava Studio', 'Byl-A', 'Harabel', 'Nan Gallery', 'Eventus' and 'Muza' reach the figure of around 110 million lek.
