"Butrinti will win"/ The Constitutional Court accepts the lawsuit of the DP

The deputy of the DP, Ina Zhupa, has informed that the Constitutional Court has accepted the lawsuit against "Butrint".

Zhupa, in a reaction on social networks, writes that all parties must send evidence and arguments to the Constitutional Court within the deadline of January 27.  

"The year starts well with good news for Butrinti. The lawsuit is accepted by the Constitutional Court, which invites all parties to present arguments and evidence by January 27, 2023. Then a public hearing will take place! The Constitutional Court will live up to its name and position! Butrint will win!" writes Zhupa.

We remind you that the PD submitted to the Court a lawsuit annulling the Butrint concession decision and it was signed by 36 MPs, among them the Freedom Party. Zhupa emphasized that this lawsuit is related to the theft of common public property./ CNA.al
