Illustrative Photo

Top Channel has recently published a news where it reports the case of the collision of two helicopters in Australia, as a result of which 4 people lost their lives and 9 others were injured.

But in the title it seems that there is something that does not go in relation to the text, the photo and the news.

'Airplanes or helicopters?'/ The staff of 'Top Channel' does

In the title it is written "Two planes collide in the air in Australia, four dead and nine injured", meanwhile two helicopters appear as news photos and further in the text it is written about the collision of two helicopters.

The confusion continues even further within the text where in the first sentence it is written "Four people have died after a mid-air collision between two helicopters on the Gold Coast of Australia".

While the second sentence continues "The other nine passengers on board the two planes were treated for injuries..."

The third sentence again writes about the helicopter crash "It is suspected that one helicopter was taking off while the other was landing...", making the reader not understand "What actually crashed".

Small slips in fact that can be read by hundreds of readers, but at the beginning of the year "forgiveness", as journalists may not have sobered up after the holidays. /CNA.al
