At the end of the investigative and operational actions, in relation to the rally that took place yesterday, in Bradashesh, these actions were carried out by the investigative structures of the Elbasan Police Station, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Elbasan General Jurisdiction, citizens AP, HL, EP, all three residents of Elbasan, were arrested in the act for the criminal offenses of "Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations", "Obstructing the circulation of means of transport" and "Disobeying the order of a police officer of public order".

In addition, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizens TA, QA and ES, the three deputies of the Democratic Party, as well as for the citizens IK, AB, BH, AB, S. Sh., HT, DS , AK, DK, AB, BT, YB, Xh. I., E. Sh., AM, PP, AT, SP, NP and Q. Sh., for the criminal offenses "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations" and "Obstructing the circulation of means of transport".

Subsequently, citizens LT, GC and G. Ç. were wanted for the criminal offenses of "Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations" and "Obstructing the circulation of means of transport".

Yesterday, these citizens gathered on the road axis "Tirana-Elbasan", at the roundabout in Shijon, and for about 2 hours, they prevented the circulation of vehicles in both directions of the axis. Furthermore, the verifications showed that the arrested citizens EP and HL, as well as the prosecuted citizen AB, left 3 vehicles on the road, with the aim of blocking traffic. 3 vehicles were moved from the road, at the end of the rally, and were seized by the Police, while 1 other vehicle was declared wanted.

The work continues for the capture of the 3 citizens declared wanted, the identification of the fourth vehicle that blocked the traffic, as well as in the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, it is being investigated to identify the other citizens implicated in illegality during the gathering./ CNA
