Procedim penal i mësipër,m është regjistruar pasi më datë 15.12.2022, është njoftuar Salla Operative e Policisë Tiranë se në Rrugën e “Kosovarëve", është vjedhur banesa e shtetases A.K. Në kuadër të veprimeve hetimore të kryera nga organi i prokurorisë në bashkëpunim me Policinë e Shtetit, është krijuar bindja e bazuar në prova se autorët e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale janë shtetasit R. D. dhe H. D., ndaj të cilëve me kërkesë te prokurorisë, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë ka vendos masën e sigurimit “Arrest në burg”.

Në vazhdën e hetimeve dhe akteve hetimore të administruara në kuadër të këtij procedimi penal, kanë rezultuar fakte e rrethana që përbëjnë elementë të veprave penale “Refuzimi për deklarimin, mosdeklarimin fshehjen ose deklarimi i rremë i pasurive, interesave private të personave të zgjedhur e nëpunësve publikë ose i çdo personi tjetër që ka detyrimin ligjor për deklarim”, “Pastrim i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale” dhe “ Deklaratat e rreme përpara oficerit të policisë gjyqësore” parashikuar nga nenet 257/a, 287 e 305/b i K. Penal. Sa sipër, mbi bazën e dyshimeve të arsyeshme të bazuara në prova, është bërë ndalimi i shtetases A.K., e vënë nën hetim për konsumimin e elementeve të këtyre veprave penale.
