Atletico Madrid won convincingly in the meeting of the fifth week of La Liga against Valencia, with the match played at the "Metropolitano" stadium ending with the result 3-0.

It was a special match for two of this summer's sensational approaches from the colchoneros, Conor Gallagher and Julian Alvarez, who found the net for the first time for Simeone's side.

It was Gallagher who unlocked the challenge, with the goal scored in the 39th minute, with the first half ending 1-0.

In the second half, Griezmann doubled the advantage in the 54th minute, while Alvarez sealed the challenge in the 90th+4th minute.
