UEFA trusts Albanian referees, Rusta will direct the Sporting-Real Madrid match in the Champions League

Emanuela Rusta is the referee appointed by UEFA to judge the Champions League match between Sporting and Real Madrid.

This news was made public by the Albanian Football Federation through a post on social networks, which states that four Albanian judges have been appointed to referee the women's match between Sporting Lisbon and Real Madrid in the Champions League.

In this meeting, Emanuela Rusta is assisted by three other Albanian referees, Erinda Kume, Mirjeta Salla and Eglantina Pjetrushaj.

This is not the first time that UEFA has entrusted Albanian referees with a match of such importance, as some time ago Rusta directed the women's match between Benfica and Barcelona.

The match between Sporting and Real Madrid will be played on September 19 (Thursday) starting at 17:00./ CNA
