Negative signals from London for Lukaku, Chelsea rejects Inter's request and waits for the striker

The future of Romelu Lukaku remains unclear as the Belgian striker wants to stay in Milan with Inter, but on the other hand it is Chelsea who wants to have the striker available for the next season.

The form of the last few weeks has made Inter seriously think about keeping the Belgian at home, thus asking Chelsea to lower the price for Lukaku's card. The Italian media report that Chelsea's response was immediate, refusing to reduce the price knowing that a season ago, the blues of London spent 120 million euros.

In this way, most likely Lukaku will return to London to become part of Chelsea again and then to discuss about his future. Pochettino will be in charge of Chelsea for the new season, and it is the latter who has requested that Lukaku return from his loan.
