Negative results/ the Technical Director of the AFL "cold shower" to the coaches of the national teams

The Technical Directorate of the AFL has organized a meeting with the coaches of the National teams to discuss the unified work methodologies and to build a new organizational and technical strategy for all staffs. From now on, we will work with a unique program with all age groups except the A National Team.

In this meeting attended by all the coaches of the National teams from the age of U-15 to the age of U-21, director Fulvio Pea explained his project for this new technical journey and his vision with clear objectives that aims to improve the appearance of the National teams and the preparation of as many players as possible for the National A team.

The Technical Director emphasized that the strategy will be the same for all technical staff, while a didactic material will be prepared for the national teams and for the eight Regional Representatives.

According to Peas, to develop professional players one must start from the development of the individual to continue to grow in the team game starting from programming, training control, player monitoring and strict scouting.

“Do të jetë e mundur ndjekja e një metode didaktike unike, që do të lehtësojë rrugëtimin që duhet ndjekur për përmirësimin e lojtarit si individ dhe arritjen e fitoreve dhe meritave sportive. Bashkë me trajnerët do të studiojmë strategjitë për të përmirësuar në aspektin individual lojtarët, të cilët nuk janë çdo ditë në grumbullim, por duke i monitoruar në mënyrë të vazhdueshme dhe duke komunikuar me to e duke i dhënë programe se si duhet të punojnë për të ndikuar pozitivisht në rritjen e lojtarëve që kur të vijnë në ndeshjen e radhës së Kombëtares të jenë më të përgatitur se më parë”, – tha Fulvio Pea.

Si pasojë do të krijohen disa grupe pune, specifike për çdo sektor, në mënyrë që të krijohen: aktiviteti i planifikuar i trajnimit, diversifikimi i programimit, rritja e orëve të stërvitjes dhe përdorimi i protokolleve të punës.

These working groups will be divided into athletic trainers, video-analysts, goalkeeper trainers, medical staff as well as the first coach and vice-coach, who will have the task of creating protocols, didactic materials and guidelines, which will be used for our national teams and regional representative teams so that we can raise the average level of footballers.

The protocols and didactic material produced by each working group will be presented, distributed and developed in all regional representatives.

The meetings of the Technical Directorate of the AFL will take place every week with the coaches of the National regional representative teams in order to implement the technical strategy and to start the work in the field.
