Teun Koopmeiners was presented at noon this Tuesday as a Juventus player in front of the media.

The 26-year-old Dutchman moved from Atalanta to Juventus this summer, while signing for five seasons with the "Old Lady".

Asked about his first impression of the "whites", the Dutchman said that everything has been fantastic for him.

"Everything has been fantastic in these first few days. My expectations have been met. It was nice to have a few days to prepare for the matches and to be able to train with the team. I am happy and excited for this adventure. I can hardly I'm waiting for it to start," said the midfielder.

As for the transfer to Juventus, Koopmeiners added that he always wanted to play for a team of this level.

"Since I was a child, I have always followed big teams like Juventus. When I arrived in Italy, I realized how extraordinary this club was. When Juventus asked me, I had no doubt that I would move here," added the Dutchman.

Koopmeiners moved to Italy in the summer of 2021, where he played for Atalanta, while his career will now continue at Juventus./ CNA
