The Disciplinary Committee discloses decisions, fines and suspensions

The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has published the decisions for the recent events in the matches of the Superior Category, the First Category and the Second Category.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand ) lek.
2. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand ) lek.
3. The official of KF Vora, Bazjon Tragaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
4. KF Vora, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
5. AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand ) lek. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
6. The player of KF Skënderbeu U-17, Kristian Agolli, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
7. The player of FK Apolonia U-17, Etem Xhemali, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
8. The player of FK Apolonia U-17, Luisan Resuli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
9. The player of FK Shënkolli, Ded Bushi, for violent behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
10. The official of KF Tërbuni, Altin Xhahysa, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
11. The player of KF Murlani, Meldin Tafa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.
12. The player of Labëria FC, Shaqir Haruni, for violent behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
13. The player of KF Këlcyra, Pandi Teka, for violent behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
14. KF Delvina, for offensive behavior of the spectators by insulting the officials of the opposing team, based on article 13 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine shall be applied to the extent of 20%.
15. FC Lushnja Femra, for not taking safety precautions, neglecting to fulfill the obligations for the organization of the match, based on article 17/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/d of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 5%.
16. FK Apolonia U-21, for abandoning a valid match of the U-21 Superior Category, against FK Partizani U-21, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
