Milan returns to glory in the Champions League, eliminates Tottenham and continues to the quarterfinals

Milan has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Champions League by eliminating Tottenham Hotspur in the round of 16.

The Rossoneri won 1-0 in the first match at San Siro, while today's return match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ended goalless (0-0).

From the 77th minute, Spurs were left with one less player on the pitch, as Cristian Romero was sent off with a second yellow card.

No goals were scored until the end of the challenge, so Milan qualified for the quarterfinals thanks to the result from the first match at San Siro.
