Sad/ Black in Albanian football, the 14-year-old player passes away

A tragic news has left Albanian football in mourning as it is reported from Kosovo that a 14-year-old boy has passed away. Drinor Fitim Berisha passed away thus ending his dream of becoming a professional footballer.

His club, FC Malisheva announced the news with a post on social networks. Drinori was part of the age groups of the Malisheva football school. The editors of Newsport.al express their sincere condolences to Drinor's family, friends and the club of Malisheva for this great loss.

It is with deep pain and sorrow that we received the news of the death of Drinor Fitim Berisha, a football player in the age groups of our Football School.

The news of Drinor's tragic death has saddened us all. His early departure from this world is a great pain and an irreplaceable loss for his family, but also for his teammates and all of us at the club.

In these difficult moments for the family, we ask God to find the strength to face this great pain and to always remember Drinor with pride.

Rest in heaven sweet soul...
