The candidate of the incinerators: I will build the municipality that will stop the escape by rafts

Gerti Bogdani, the candidate of the incinerators in the DP primaries for Tirana, has presented his program to the democrats of branch 11.

Bogdani said that he will build another municipality from the one we have. According to him, his model will stop the departure of citizens by dinghies to England.
