Angelina Jolie has won a legal battle against ex-husband Brad Pitt over the Chateau Miraval winery where she married in 2014.

In 2008, when they bought the villa surrounded by vineyards, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took control of the rosé wine company. But Jolie decided to sell her stake in drinks giant Stoli after her divorce from Brad Pitt.

This has set in motion a series of lawsuits in the US, France and Luxembourg between Pitt, Jolie, their respective businesses and various business partners.

Pitt was against this sale and still the actor continued to maintain the same attitude in relation to this topic, stressing that such a move was made by his ex-wife for revenge.

In court, Jolie presented documents and letters sent to Pitt's address notifying him of the sale. And this action secured her victory.

But even Brad Pitt does not intend to leave the case like this, as the actor's lawyers have stated that Pitt will appeal the decision./CNA.al
