An Albanian man has been arrested by the Italian polic...
Forensic expert, Ervin Karamuço has spoken about the arrest of two police officers and the suspension of staff, in connection with the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani.
According to Karamuço, the two detainees have committed many violations of the law and emphasizes that it is unforgivable that they do not take elementary actions in these cases.
"I do not know if the event was manipulated. By abuse of office they have violated many laws. They are not forgiven for not doing the most basic actions. "Subjectively, whoever the motives were, they allowed the consequences to come", said Karamuço in Open./ AE-CNA.al
