The Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj, from the floor of the Assembly, repeated the Prime Minister's statements regarding the increase in prices.

According to her, the economic crisis and the increase in prices happened because of the war in Ukraine.

Ibrahimaj said that the impact this war had on our economy was felt, we all felt it in the family basket

"The year 2022 turned out to be a year which was not a normal year. The implementation of the budget was conditioned by the consequences of Russia's war against Ukraine, which was not only felt in our country, but the consequences are resulting in indicators of a global war, a third world war.

The impact that this war has had on our economy has been felt, we have all felt it in our family's basket, in our daily shopping, as consumer prices have been affected, fuel prices have been affected, electricity prices have been affected, fuel prices have been affected, construction prices have been affected and all these elements have conditioned the progress of the 2022 budget", she said.
